Book Reading #30: Emotional Design

Reference Information:
Title: Emotional Design
Author: Donald Norman
Publisher: Basic Books (2005)

Summary: In the third chapter of Emotional Design, Norman delves deeper into the three levels of design: Visceral, the physical features of an item; Behavioral, how an item is used; and Reflective, the meaning of a product, and the message it conveys.
Discussion: This chapter felt very more of the same from the previous chapter. It would be nice to see if he actually moves on to talk about other topics, but we're moving onto other books, so Emotional Design will forever be the book that talked eternally about Visceral, Behavioral, and Reflective design at length in my mind.
